I hope y’all aren’t tired of seeing shots from the Beartooth Highway in Wyoming yet, because I’ve still got lots of them.

Unfortunately, I don’t remember any detail about where this shot was taken except to say that the imprinted date is 7/28/05, which is the day we began our trip back home.
So this is somewhere in Wyoming. I happen to like the formation here, and the way it eroded.

Our last planned stop on our vacation was Devil’s Tower in Wyoming. Many people recognize this monument as a prominent part of the movie Close Encounters of the Third Kind.
